Roberto Jean-François is the founder and creative force behind Le Piaf Hair Care — an Australian-made luxury haircare range crafted from organic botanicals and essential oils. Born in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne in the French Alps — the same town as legendary designer Pierre Balmain — Roberto developed an early instinct for avant-garde beauty, design and creativity despite growing up in a tiny mountain community. Drawn to fashion and artistic freedom, he moved to Paris at a young age before building an international career across hair, photography, film and fashion. Today, from Sydney, he continues to redefine modern haircare through innovation, artistry and uncompromising quality.

Sharnali is our passionate salon stylist and colourist. With over twenty years of experience, Sharnali has worked both at home and abroad- Bringing innovative idea's and technique to the Le Piaf team.

Anna began her hairdressing career in Armenia before moving to Australia in 2018 to further pursue her passion for the industry. Joining the Le Piaf team in 2023, she is dedicated to creating beautiful hair while ensuring every client feels confident, cared for, and truly special.
